The New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) Level 4 is designed for people wanting to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to work in a wide range of office administration and business support roles. Delivered over 20 weeks (including a 2-week term break), this 60-credit qualification provides practical, industry-relevant learning that prepares graduates to contribute effectively in modern workplaces.
Learners will develop the ability to apply business technologies and administrative practices under broad guidance while working in accordance with ngā kaupapa o Te Tiriti o Waitangi and within diverse and multicultural environments.
