Titoki Kura is designed to support and guide rangatahi who are currently reliant on income support to take up new opportunities, experiences, and work through the challenges that lead toward sustainable, meaningful employment.
While a key focus is on supporting rangatahi into employment, Titoki Kura is equally committed to the holistic wellbeing and development of each individual and their whānau.
Our programme delivers a balanced approach that combines personalised job coaching, practical skill development, and exposure to a wide range of career pathways. Through this, participants build confidence, capability, and real-world experience, enabling them to take positive steps toward long-term independence and success.
