Approval of Trust Deed & Transfer of Mandated Iwi Organisation (MIO)and Iwi Aquaculture (IAO) Status
RESOLUTION: “That the Deed of Trust for Te Tāwharau o Te Whakatōhea be ratified and Te Tāwharau be recognised as the Mandated Iwi Organisation to replace the Whakatōhea Māori Trust Board for the purposes of the Māori Fisheries Act 2004, and the Iwi Aquaculture Organisation for the purposes of the Māori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004.” |
