Mission Statement
"To provide quality education and learning opportunities that best promote the aspirations of tauira hapu, and the community, culturall,
socially and economically"
The Whakatōhea Health Centre aims to provide the best general practice medical care in an efficient, cost effective & culturally appropriate manner.  It is important that primary health care is focused on improving poor health statistics for māori as they are the most affected. The Whakatōhea Health centre provides whānau and community oriented primary care and medical services.  They are cornerstone accredited, and our small friendly medical practice provides a range of services from a caring and experienced team.  The Whakatōhea Health Centre provides first level services and best practise care aimed at improving, maintaining and restoring health.
